A farm-to-table approach is taken whenever possible, including the Ranch’s own Akaushi cattle which are the cornerstone of the beef program.
Set in the unmatched Covey Dining Room, artfully prepared menus are delivered in a rustic preparation with upscale touches, complemented by a world-class selection of fine wines, premium beers, and spirits – all sourced from local breweries and distilleries.
Outdoors, the Clubhouse features a spacious dining and entertainment patio with a fire pit and breathtaking views of French Creek and the surrounding area. French Creek Sportsmen’s Club also features customized meals for days in the field and stream dining, gourmet picnics, and other al fresco dining opportunities.
Your private Chef de Cuisine will keep your plates full from morning to night. Work up an appetite while you hunt, fish and shoot throughout the day and rest assured that when you return to the Lodge, you will experience highly personalized service with gourmet cuisine.
